Snack: Home made Chia seed crisp bread with avocado, tomato and cracked pepper.
Crisp bread ingredients:
3T chia seeds<- 1c of water to make chia seed gel
1t sesame seeds
1t crushed pine nuts
a few pinches of cumin.
I wasn’t sure how this would taste (or if it would even work) but it was great! All you need to do is make the chia seed gel, add all the other ingredients, spread thinly on parchment paper and bake in an oven for about 40 mins, turning once.
(makes 3 large bread things)
